Bio:

Meet Mindey Knight, she’s a hairstylist who has been doing hair since 2017. Originally from Bowling Green, KY, she's been working in Nashville for two years now.
Mindey's area of expertise is precision cuts and natural balayage/highlights, and she loves a Rich Repairing Shampoo/Conditioner to keep her clients' hair looking and feeling healthy.
For Mindey, her dream hair situation is all about being surrounded by the creative minds on the Local Honey team and getting to collaborate with the them on new ideas. Her favorite part of the job, however, is meeting people from all different walks of life and getting to connect with them over their hair.
Mindey has attended a variety of hair education events and experiences, including Jayne Matthews' razor cutting class, Gina Bianca's foiling class, and Brian Hickman's cutting classes. But her absolute favorite educational experiences have been the ones she's had right here at Local Honey she says.
For Mindey, the phrase "YOU ARE OK." means being able to be your true authentic self without fear of judgement. She believes that everyone deserves to be accepted for who they are, and she strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of her clients.
